What is in a Domain Name?
Every website needs a domain name. If you are a businessman/ individual/ company, you need your own domain name. The actual domain name is a simplified, easier-to-read translation of an IP (Internet Protocol) address. The Internet is composed of a vast number of interconnected computers. Each of these computers is assigned a numeric value of the form 000.000.000.000. This numeric value is called an IP address. If each computer on the Internet were identifiable only through its IP address, people would have a lot of difficulty when trying to locate each other and having to memorize each other's
addresses. Domain names simplify IP addresses into an easy to remember combination of words and
numbers.
How long will it take to setup my account and how long before www.mydomainname.com is accessible?
Accounts are setup immediately. You may immediately use your account to upload/download files through FTP using IP address provided by the service provider. www.yourdomain.com will be available when it is activated by the domain registrant,
usually it takes 24 to 48 hours for this procedure when you can see your site on your URL.
How long does it take to register a Domain after payment is received?
We send out confirmation within 48 hrs.
What is the username and password used to access the Domain Control Panel at netallied.com?
Username and Password will be temporarily given by us when the set up takes place but you will have preference to change the same to your needs once your account is fully set up by us. However we will continue to hold the rights for the same for
modifications if necessary if our terms and conditions are not met by the customer.
I forgot my username and/or password. What should I do?

What is Non-Virtual Web hosting?
If you need somewhere to host a personal web site then choosing a web host is a much-simplified task. There are plenty of free hosts that will host your website at no cost to you, giving you space in a directory under their domain, e.g. 'www.thehost.com/yourname/'. The catch is that you may have to carry some banners or mention the free hosts name somewhere on your site. Check out some of the

What forms of payment are acceptable?
All payments will be through checks or DD in favour of NetAllied Business Solutions Bangalore. Outstation accounts will be set up only after checks are realized. In case of
overseas clients we would prefer wire transfer to our account.
How do I submit payment information?
You can submit payment information via Phone, E-Mail or Fax.
Can I receive a hard copy of my invoice?
Hard copy will be mailed to customers within India on request. The customer will have
full access of his account his control panel.
Why is my site suspended?
You will be sent an email if your site is suspended. Reasons for suspending a site include:
- Violating our terms of service.
- Your site contains some bad code.
- You have a past due balance.
- Your cheque was returned.
